The primary way to earn on GetGrass is by sharing your internet connection with their network. Unlike many other platforms, GetGrass doesn’t reward you based on bandwidth usage. Instead, it pays you based on two key factors: your network quality and the time your device stays connected online.
For example, if your network quality is 75% and your device is online for an hour, you’ll earn 75 Grass Points (the platform’s reward currency). GetGrass determines your network quality based on the demand for bandwidth in your area. This system can be more profitable than platforms that pay only based on bandwidth usage.
GetGrass allows you to connect multiple devices to the same account on the same network (IP). However, please keep in mind that rewards are split and distributed equally among all devices connected to the same network. For example, if two devices are connected to the same IP for an hour with 80% network quality, each device earns 40 points.
While using multiple devices on the same IP is allowed, it’s often not profitable since the points may not cover extra power costs. To maximize earnings, connect devices using different networks (IP addresses). This ensures each device earns its full share of points.

When someone signs up for GetGrass using your referral link and starts earning by sharing their internet connection, you’ll earn 20% of what they make. Keep in mind, rewards are earned only from your referrals’ bandwidth sharing earnings, not from any other bonuses they might receive.
But that’s not all—each time one of your direct referrals shares their connection for over 100 hours, you’ll get a bonus of 2,500 points! Plus, you’ll earn additional rewards from the people your referrals invite. You’ll earn 10% of the points from your second-level referrals (the people your direct referrals invite) and 5% from your third-level referrals (the people your second-level referrals invite).

If you’re in a low-demand area, your network quality will be set to low, meaning you’ll earn fewer points based on your network quality for the time your device is connected.
- Number of Devices: The more devices you have running GetGrass, the more points you can earn. Each device connected contributes to your total earnings, so it’s simple—more devices = more points.
- Number of IPs: Here’s an important one: if all your devices are using the same IP address, the rewards are split across them, which means you don’t earn as much. To maximize your points, you’ll need to use different IP addresses for each connected device. This way, each device gets its full share of rewards.
- Connection Time:How long your devices stay online plays a big role too. The longer they’re connected to the internet, the more points you can rack up. So, keeping your devices online as much as possible can really boost your earnings.

Important Note: The value of Grass Points is estimated based on the $Grass tokens received for earned points during the Stage-1 airdrop. The exact value of Grass Points will become clear only after the Stage-2 airdrop. Keep this in mind when estimating your potential earnings.
What’s the Value of 1 $Grass Token?
When GetGrass launched, the value of 1 $Grass token was $1.01. As of now, it has increased to $3.10. Keep in mind, its value may rise or fall depending on trends in the cryptocurrency market.
When Can You Claim Your Rewards?
- New Users:If you’re new to GetGrass, you’ll only be able to claim your $Grass tokens during the Stage-2 airdrop. The Stage-1 airdrop already took place in November 2024. Airdrops occur once every 3 to 6 months, so you can expect the Stage-2 airdrop to happen sometime after February 2025.

If you’re a new member or haven’t connected your crypto wallet yet, be sure to do so soon to be eligible for the Stage-2 airdrop.
